Which regions do you source from?
We source primarily from manufacturers and reputable distributors in Europe and China. Through our partner connections we also work across Africa and Asia, both for supplying goods and for identifying parties that need raw and primitive materials.
Can you find a specific part number that is hard to source?
Yes — that is our core business. Send the part number, photos, or the platform model it belongs to. We will search our network and come back with exact matches and, where useful, qualified alternatives.
Do you handle shipping and customs documentation?
We coordinate logistics and the documentation package with our suppliers and freight partners, and confirm the commercial terms for each shipment before it departs. Specific customs requirements are reviewed with you per destination country.
Do you supply complete drones, or only spare parts?
Both. We broker complete UAV and drone systems from several manufacturers in Europe and China — multi-rotor, fixed-wing and VTOL — as well as the spare parts and consumables needed to keep them flying.
How is Fidelis different from a trading company?
We are a broker, not a reseller. Our role is independent: we verify suppliers, compare offers and negotiate on your behalf. And because our founding team combines technical leadership with senior legal practice, every deal is checked on both engineering and legal grounds.
